Who We Are

We started this business with a simple but powerful goal: to create meaningful change in the way behavioral therapy is delivered. As professionals and caregivers ourselves, we recognized the need for a more personalized and compassionate approach, one that centers both on the child and the family. Our model is designed to be different. We offer therapy that is uniquely tailored to each child, with caregivers involved in every step of the process. From weekly sessions delivered in the home, at school, or in a chosen location, to direct training for parents on how to implement strategies themselves, our focus is on collaboration, empowerment, and sustainability. We believe real progress happens when families are equipped with the tools and confidence to lead the way.

Gabby Rodriguez, MA, BCBA, LBA

Gabby was drawn to the field of ABA because she wanted to work in a career where she truly felt like she was making a difference. She started her career as a Registered Line Technician in 2017 where she provided ABA therapy to young children with Autism in a clinical setting. Within 6 months of working with this population, she knew this was going to be her forever career. She worked her way up in the field when she became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2020 and then a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2021.

She believes therapy should feel encouraging, individualized, and meaningful, not overwhelming. Gabby loves helping children build communication, confidence, and independence through play, structure, and real-life learning. She is especially passionate about making learning fun.

Gabby values collaboration and sees parents and caregivers as essential members of the team. Her goal is to lead with compassion, celebrate small wins, and help each child move forward at their own pace while helping families feel confident, empowered, and supported throughout the journey.

Driven to deepen her clinical knowledge and impact, she earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Throughout her career, she has taken pride in her training and teaching abilities, serving as the lead for both staff and parent trainings at previous clinics.
